looked like it released an orb while hiding in the cloud.

I used to lived in Naples. An airplane would not have its landing lights over the water flying in that direction! It's flying towards Mexico. Not the airport on Airport Road.

I saw a weird UFO in Naples back in 1991 or 1992. It was a ball of blue light. It was cloudy like that too.
