With all respect.....this will not work if somebody has knowlege of weapons (Escrimador etc..)...against an anry houswife it could work...don`t take it to serious...kidding
Yeah, to be honest this wasn't all that impressive but that was down to the fact that it was beginers going at a pretty sedate pace, souped up Aikido can be pretty formidable.

hey, da war ich auch schon zu besuch!
ich kann nur sagen, daß da eine wirklich nette atmosphäre im training war und daß der unterricht wirklich gut vermittelt wurde.
