Actually, I know it looks very bad, but it seems the rider came-off the bike "clean" and did not impact the car. If he/she was fortunate enough to avoid anything immovable on the way down that embankment there would be a good chance of survival. Not sure who is at fault. The bike was going rather fast. Maybe it's the lawmakers who allow a 0 to 60 speed to be sooooooo low. Hope the rider and the other driver are OK

From the time it starts to turn until the cras takes place is a matter of 2,3 seconds.
