Once in apartment life my sim was in my apartment and I heard a scream. I looked outside and my land lord got sprayed by a skunk. Then a pop up window (like the ones you see when your sim gains a skill point) poped up and it was my landlord saying bye. Then she left and I saw her the next day. It was weird. At fist I thought she quit.
