How to take off contacts (requested) plus ramblings

The eye doctor told me to pinch from the sides, but that just irritated my eyes and took way too long to do, for me anyways. This method took just a few seconds! Thanks soooo much.

you should definitely aim to have shorter finger nails. other than that, i don't think they will rip unless you handle them harshly.

wow, looks easy, its not for me. I got Asian small eyes and there is no way I can drag it down to the white part and pinch it out. I tried out and my white part get red dot (blood)...

can you cratch your eye when you have contacts?

i guess you can scratch them if they are itchy by rubbing them but do it very gently.
