How can a man be chaste when his natural desire requires sex. Hwo do you defeat the thoughts and sexual needs when your body requires it. That must be so difficult, in fact that is so difficult. In fact i is extremely difficult. So what,s the answer

@gezzad Yes it is difficult...and probably impossible without the help of God. The Eucharist is the answer to our weaknesses.

@gezzad Sex is not a personal need of the human person. Rather, Sex is a communal need. Food and Water are personal needs of the body. You die without food and water. Intimacy is a personal spiritual need. The personal needs of our body and soul are meet through food, water, and intimacy. Sex, as a communal need, is necessary for the propagation of the human race. The problem is not our sexual desire, rather is it the lack of integration between our body and souls which is made possible by grace
