  • this song belongs in a box for safe keeps

  • InMe are possibly one of the most under-rated bands in recent memory, and Dave is an extremely talented vocalist. As much as they deserve the fame, part of me is happy to be one of the minority that know just how amazing these guys are.

  • Cant stop coming back to this video, better than the CD version.

  • Amazing song, amazing band it's ridiculous how they arent bigger!

  • lol, "Dave, do you want a drink"

[sharply] - "Yes, make sure its cold" lol

  • @SixStringFailure He says "guinness extra cold" not make sure its cold.

  • @SixStringFailure "Guinness extra cold" is what he says

  • his growling is awesome

  • I have the INME album version on a sampler I received. I was so totally blown away by it.

Never expected it. Loved it from the first note.

thank you for sharing it with us.

  • i love his voice :)

  • AlucardVertigo...Violins? are you having a laugh, i'm no music expert but get a grip.

  • there is violins... they even said on their inmedia video that they got a strings package... listen to the song

  • i think he means when you are playing live.

unless you have the cash to get the samples live youcannot get strings live at a small gig like this

  • i love this so much, ahhh the timbre of dave's voice as well <3

  • Damn. I went to the Matinee show of this. I was underage at the time. He didn't play this for us.

  • such an amazing singer and player. I'm very impressed. InMe are probably more talented than most bands out there, shame they don't really get noticed :/

  • @luc7ky89 I must admit I am a big fan of InMe and in someways I am glad they dont get noticed as much, avoiding the mainstream has allowed them to grow and evolve as a band without the usual "sellout" stigma from fans that is attached to that.

  • I want to see Dave live so much but I can't cuz i live in the states :(

  • ive been hooked to this song since i seen it in glasgow, its terrifing how much this song relates to me right now, not what the song actually mean but what it means to me! i love how you can see songs in so many different lights

    'its kinda poetic'

    that park is ours

ill always have what we had

no one can take that awy from me

    </3

  • I dont suppose anyone already has this song tabbed?

  • this song made me cry when i saw it live i was in the front row and i was blabbering ;ike a baby so emotional x

  • This song is amazing

I cnt wait to the new album

Inme please play at Mr Kyps in Poole again.

  • love it!!!!!!!!

  • This is an acoustic version and is awesome !!! The studio version will be a masterpiece....:D

  • It's on their myspace now. Sounds like one to me :)

  • Of course is the same song ^_^, but just listen that in the studio version there is the background music with violins , while there isn't in the live verion. However, the version of myspace is not very good, like Greg McPherson said in the official forum of the band.

  • love this song it's amazing

  • Dave McPherson FTW!!!

    yeh!

  • Can't wait for the new stuff, it's going to be really technical apparently which I'm stoked for, because until now the theory side isn't really that difficult. I like the band as it is now, but as a technical band, I think I'll love them more.

  • err...have you heard Daydream Anonymous? Pretty technical.

  • Yeah I have, it's a really good album, I just don't see it as that technical. Only opinion mind.

  • this man is one of my heroe's. i met him, Greg and Simon several times they are top blokes. his lyrics mean so much to everyone. InMe should be a lot bigger than they are now...but for being dropped by MFN a couple of years back. i was at the first London and second London show Dave did solo..he was awesome

  • I am more of a fan of inme's heavier stuff (Myths & Photographs, Cracking the Whip etc), but i prefer this to happy to dissapoint you. This is reallly nice.

  • This song is awesome!

'you make living such an art'

    Can InMe do any wrong?

  • this song is beautiful, he's got such a powerful voice for an essex lad, haha

  • Fucking amazing, Greg is not trying to turn InMe into centiment at all. Their new sound has been influenced by bands like Protest the Hero.

  • whatever inme do it will be awesome. i'm sure they could perform in tu-tu's and it would still rock!

  • Greg is not trying to turn InMe into Centiment this is simply a new and heavier direction that was planned ever since Joe's departure. If you listen to the new demo on the MySpace page you will be able to see the new sounds that has emerged, it is not anything like Centiment it is merely InMe taken in a darker direction. Keep listening...D

  • Apparently theres going to be a new guitarist.

And the first 20 seconds of the new song REEKS of sikth. Soooooo maybe its going that way?

  • Great

  • This sounds so good! :D

  • Cant wait for it!

    i LOVE inme too much!

  • same :D:P lol

  • love the sound of the new album :D

  • Sounds good....I'm likin' the fatc that they might be gettin' heavier but I hope this isn't just Greg trying to turn them into Centiment!

  • I don't think it is.

I think they're gonna have more tracks like Cracking the Whip and In Loving Memory. That's not a bad thing at all, and it doesn't really sound anything like the death metal sound of Centiment.

  • Centiment are truely awesome, but I agree, some of InMes,'sissy' tracks have real meaning for me, it wouldn't be the same without them. But Heavier is totally a good way to go atm I reckon.

  • I agree the heavy stuff on daydream anonymous is awesome but I still really like the slower songs! It wouldnt be inme without hearing songs like that as well and they have real meaning for me too!

  • If Greg was trying to turn them into centiment, then 1) He would be singing, 2) He would be playing guitar and 3) Centiment wouldnt be nearly dead in existance.

They have always said they want to go darker...and the only reason that White Butterfly had a lot of slow soppy songs on it is because they were writing them about their friend who passed away.

InMe sound better when they are heavy :-)

CRACKING THE WHIP, IN LOVING MEMORY, OTHERSIDE, JUST A GLIMPSE ALL THE WAY XD

  • amazing.

  • omg i love it
