For anyone wondering, No, he doesnt need a car. I'm pretty sure in one of the any Boss character data bases from any number of MegaMan games, I believe it says QuickMan has a CRUISING SPEED of Mach 3. I call hax.

Think Mario Kart with controls that are harder to get used to but with even more replayability once you do. Beating other racers in the main mode unlocks pieces of their car for use in customizing your own!

I haven't played it at all yet, but it seems like a ton of fun.
