  • He was a sick little faggot, but what an incredible talent!

  • I've heard that people give Jim Hutton a bad time, but I think that he was truly devoted to Freddie and that it was for love.

  • This is such a sad and tragic story, however, Freddy will live in the heart's and memories of his millions of fan's who loved him regardless of his sexual orientation. His music will go on for as long as there is music and that time is infinite

  • but does it matter who gave it to him, hi`s dead. My husbond know`s he will always be after Freddie, and thats the way live is, always the live after Freddie:

  • I cried so much in this video :(

  • I've been watching all of the videos and up until this one, I didn't cry. Not so this one--when they talk about him telling them he was sick, it's heartbreaking. What a horrible disease--it has taken so many.

  • IF U HAD LISTEN TO THE BIOGRAPHY HE WAS HAVING SEX WITH 4 DIFFERENT GUYS, THEY CALLED THEMSELVES THE FAB FOUR, ONE WAS A RUSSIAN OFFICER, ONE A FOREIGN WAITER, THEN THE DJ FOR ENGLAND HIS WAS EVERETT, THE RUSSIAN WAS FIRST EVERETT DIED AFTER FREDDIE LIKE 4 YEARS LATER

  • 0:15 wow, put a moustache on that bitch and it's basically Freddie Mercury alive again!

  • AIDS has 5 accounts and he disliked this video 5 times.

no worries AIDS you might have took fred's body away but his soul lives inside of each and everyone of his fans...

  • @aassyr1111 nice!

  • "yes I still can do it"... RIP Freddie Nowadays it could have been diferent.

  • 1:08 epic sadness... ESPECIALLY with the bohemion rhapsody fading in. and how she seemed so sad that it was going to happen.

  • LONG LIVE FREDDIE!!

  • Whats month Freddie die

  • @MrSandis11 24th of November 1991

  • people like freddy never die

  • I miss him so muchI love Queen and I have their T-Shirts, and albums. And I cried a long time when Freddie died and I'm sure people still miss him even today.

  • he may have died , too early. but wat we all have to remember us that only the good die young..............

  • The most difficult thing I've ever had to watch in my whole life :'(.

  • I was lucky enough to have to translate this special for French TV. It is brilliant, the best documentary on Freddie Mercury I've ever seen.

And yes, I did shed a tear at the end.

  • Freddie :'(

  • Aids is cool are you stupid? AIDS is a killer, look what it did for FREDDIE. The best by far worlds best singer and showman. Long live Queen's music

  • @savemyplaylist idiot

  • we are all legends. Think very seriously about that.

  • never gave a damn whether he was gay--he was a brilliant performer-hope sacha baron does him justice in the movie

  • @iceaxe56 I can hardly wait for that. I'm sure to be at a premiere. This movie is gonna be epic. Hope they show it my country.

  • a great inspiration in music and an even greater example of how to live and never to give up. hats off to an tremendous brave man.

  • YA FUCK NEW YORK CITY AND AIDS R.I.P. Freddie

  • I have never cried more in my life...RIP Freddie Mercury!! You are still a legend!!!

  • This part brought me to tears :(

  • the greatest rock star that ever lived

  • abcoen; you must have been one of his physicians....

  • Music is forever

  • I will always love you!

  • There was so much guessing as to exactly when Freddie knew he was HIV+.If you look at Live Aid '85 when he pumps his right arm up. There are 2 round blue-red lesions near the arm band.. I think he was showing the first Kaposi's sarcoma lesions then.Certainly in 87 just when he took the year to work with Monserrat he had a visible one on his left cheek. As he grew weaker his voice grew stronger and sweeter than it had ever been. And then it was gone.

  • Yes you have seen the lesions too.

    Many people haven't noticed that.

from 85 Queen really went for it.

  • I had one of the first Mercedes E 320's. Now driving Audi A8L . That aside, yes I don't think many have noticed those lesions. As soon as I saw them I knew. Then by the time he took time off and worked with Monserrat Caballe in '87 or '88 he had visible lesions even with make-up covering the one on his left cheek. The disease was around long before it had a formal name. I can remember patients in the 60's with " Kaposi's Sarcoma" strictly as the diagnosis.

  • Sorry. I was rushing too much ,got a little repetetive in previous response to you.. Mary has stayed the course.I don't think many people realize how paralized she was after Freddie died. He was her rock and she his.She has said it was 5 yrs before she started functioning normally.I've been there. I think Peter and others just weren't aware of the depth of her loss. Peter complained about his stuff in the attic that that he couldn't get.Last thing on her mind was Peter's stuff in the attic.

  • I must ask, after reading some of your comments, respectfully: You sound like one who knew Freddie, one of the 'inner circle', as it were. I know its a silly question to ask in a public forum, but my curiousity has got the better of me!

  • @neil73 gdhsggd

  • @neil73 abcoen having difficulty getting on to answer

  • @abcoen Freddie and I were tested around same time for different reasons. I was the lucky one. Freddie had gotten consumed by the lifestyle of NY in the early '80's. It was anything goes, then stories started to appear about the disease that seemed to be decimating the gay community. That really scared Fred.

  • @abcoen They did't kw the signs then thou! /plus I always thought he'd got it in 1985! cuz no1 H.I.V can do a performance like that! 1987 he was sure!

  • abcoen-One could be HIV+ for years. When immune system worn down enough you started to see Kaposi's Sarcoma that Freddie had showing in '85 plus other 'opportunistic' diseases like pneumocystis carinii or AIDS pneumonia. So he was HIV+ perhaps many years before you saw obvious physical signs.Yes he was sure before '87.His strength continuing to perform in terrible pain was amazing.

  • @abcoen It is amazing what he did [all for the love of music] how he recorded Innuendo album in raked in very bad pain, so how long do you think he had it for 10 years b4 he died???

Plus F Murcury could hav lived longer but did't want to in that condition so he stoped his medication, probaby only would have scraped a few mouth with that anyhow

  • @abcoen They did't kw the signs then thou! /plus I always thought he'd got it in 1985! cuz no1 H.I.V can do a performance like that! 1987 he was sure!

  • have a feeling, freddie lived in denial himself about this terrible disease, right up until the end...

  • He knew the day he was gonna die?

  • it said something about it in the vid.

  • devastatingly sad

  • Comment removed

  • lol? not all of them are wetbacks and what the fuck does that have to do with this video.

  • He came from a long line of Parsi in India, the community is about I,400 yrs old and is fully integrated into the country. They don't even speak Persian anymore, but have Gujarati as their mother tongue. Also, he couldn't be a Iranian as it is technically a nationality not a race. There are Persians also in Tajikistan and Afghanistan etc. He was an India Parsi and then became Bristish Asian.

So you can't just claim him as a fellow countryman because he was famous.

  • one of India's biggest talents.

  • at 6:38 that drawing looks a bit more like John Deacon than Freddie..

  • What a brave brave man...absolutely an icon .....we'll miss you terribly.....I wish Ive know you when u where still with us....youre absolutely amazing.....Rest in Peace Freddie...you are well-loved until now and will be loved forever.

  • He didn't diserve such a cruel faith. We allways miss you.

  • I agree, but I think you mean "such a cruel fate" :)

  • Such an amazing strong person.

I held it together until it showed the 'Legends Never Die' sign.

So true. The world lost an amazing performer and an amazing person when it lost Freddie. R.I.P

  • too true - it think freddie says it very poignantly in "the show must go on" - when he sings - "ill face it with a grin, im never giving in - on with the show" ....amazing lyric & a testament to his unbeatable spirit!

  • I can't not cry :(

  • RIP Freddie

    Please come back

  • He has never left

  • His sister looks like a female version of him

  • I thought so too when I first saw her.

  • I love the quote by Freddie himself - "I will not be a rock star. I will be a legend." So very true....he is a true legend and will never be forgotten. His music will live forever!

  • He even timed his own death. In my opinion, that's pretty scary.

  • You know, a dead person can't really die again.

  • I've wateched this documentary so many times and I still get choked up, you can tell how many people loved Freddie especially Mary, Jim, his band mates, and Monseratt.

  • and Peter Freestone, his personal assistant..

  • I forgot about Peter. You can see the love in all of their eyes and their words.

  • And John... even if he didnt show up.

  • Very true. I think that Freddie's death is one of the reasons John retired.

  • damn tears.... :(:(

  • I can never understand Peter when he tells about the one who visited Freddie. Does anyone know? I think it was Kenny Everett.

  • The visitor that he's talking about was Elton John.

  • Thank you very much. I've recently learned how close Elton and Freddie were.

  • i agree with that.we can´t think on that disease, we got to renember what he gaves us when he was alive: a great music with his great voice

  • mary is still pretty

  • totally true - she must be almost 60 - wow

  • Unfortunately, the man who gave him this horrible disease probably didn't even know he gave it to him, may have given it to a bunch of other people, and probably died of it by now himself and had to deal with shame in many more ways than just one. You can't blame the man. You gotta be like Freddie and just take what life gives you and live it up to the best you absolutely can. Shit happens, but you can't let it get to you. It's life. And death.

  • @mogirldotnet The guy who gave it to him must have died B4 Freddie! plus its supposed to be their Russan friend, who also must the the same for K Everet

  • @mogirldotnet Well said.

  • @mogirldotnet how do you know it was a man?? he was bisexual!

  • @mogirldotnet I think he caught it in Brazil. If you think the disease gets 4 years, it was by 86/87 he got it. Even in those days some people didn't know what HIV and Aids disease was. And maybe the man who gave it to him died along the time also with Aids.

  • that guy died before him, moreover it's possible that freddiegotit many times, i don't know

  • It was called "No-one But You (Only The Good Die Young)

  • Do someone now what the tribute song is called? The one for freddie from the rest of the band? :)

  • The way that the female opera singer (i don't want to misspell her name!) describes that she was shocked as he was so strong and had such a beautiful voice is incredibly moving.

It just goes to show how no-one wanted Freddie to go as early as he did. R.I.P Freddie x

  • Her name is Monserrat Caballe.

I agree it is heartrending to hear her say something like that. To know that irreversible internal issues would turn such a vivacious person and gorgeous voice on their heads, must have been so terrible

  • So sad.

  • For the greatest singer of all time, I admire you and all your work. Peace and happiness wherever you may be. Thanks for your nice songs.

  • to darknight that is very very well put i agree totaly

  • "He would never dwell on things like that, because for life was incredible[...]"

There's his Parsi background for ye ^_^

  • Damn!I'm crying...

  • understandable ..me2:'(

  • the background music almost tear my eyes T_T its a very good and sad life story that he has tsk..RIP

  • incredible commitment to perfection...

    That is it.

  • Mary, Peter & Jim were the people who were most caring about Freddie. And I love them for doing this...

  • I have this(Untold story) on DVD, and I have watched it so many times, and I never get tired of it. It's really the best. And so sad, yes indeed. But hail maestro Freddie, and all of his so-called "disposable pop", which we call art, it WILL truly live forever. Just a shame that he didn't. Although he will live forever - forever in our hearts. What a great comfort.

    Thank you, Oberon1966, great video.

  • Well said

  • Freddie Mercury: The Untold Story, is perfect for Freddie-fans. Just perfect! A "must-watch"!

  • Yeah, this is such a treat. I did really well though. I only started crying in the 11th part.

  • I know, it's so sad. I really cried like a baby when I watched the video by the remaining members of Queen "noone but you". It just really hit me that he's gone. I know he's been gone for many years, it's still just so hard to accept it. RIP Freddie, We Love You Always!

  • I cried so much~ he was amazing! Thanks for posting all the parts to this!!

  • HOW do you say goodbye when you know death is on your door?

  • Poor Freddie... :'(

  • THANX FOR POST THIS VIDEO

  • what a wanderfull man he was. The amazing thing about Freddie is he never mentioned the word AIDS he just simpley said u know what i have but i dont want to talk about it i just want to make music and carry on untill i cant sing anymore. Pure genious.

  • I love him so very much.

  • I didn't care for Freddy Mercury when he was alive, which is a shame since Queen and Freddy Mercury made a long lasting impression on popular music and their legacy lives on. He is missed and will never be replaced.

  • its freddie, not freddy :)
