I don't think you need it for this, but if you use a 55 build with retribution in it, i think you need it. Not quite sure tho. Just go to Kamadam and get that armor, it's really cheap.

good vid you must be really experienced with this build cause it is hard to get used to, maybe take off SoA and SH and put healing breeze then have space for a skill that prevents interrupts-mantra of resolve...just a suggestion.

nice vid but what you can do to make the run go alil faster is drop 1 of the vs( or sv that mesmer skills that makes all foes lose 3a and 3e) and bring acane echo and for a better irs (increase's run speed) you should try using the dwarven skill that makes you run 15% faster and 33% faster when drunk (and if you dont whats the drunk effects just turn off your post)

but the Acane echo Roj is alil hard to time cuss of the soa or sh running out before you can get to cast it but when you get the timing down it works great best of luck to you in all your farming runs

oh on also use a staff with

+5e +30hp 20% to ench's

cuss at 135 hp is alot easier to save your self when your using the acane echo combo

and to add you get alot more E out of doing that and it should be alot easier to cast your skills :)

Ive considered it, but that would require a larger attribute spread (maybe less damage), and it's more energy intensive. Also I don't think I would be able to survive against larger groups of Smite Crawlers due to the fact that they might deal damage more than I can regenerate.

probably but it may be a pain pulling them all at once cause Illusion of haste doesn't last too long.

I wouldn't risk trying it - Ilusion of haste is a real bitch if it ends before you're ready for it to.
