  • Great!!!! But , Not Natural Running stroke.....ok++

  • lol at the runfags

  • You guys are bitching about her form but i bet she would still beat each and everyone of you in a race.

  • @omguregood You obviously aren't a runner if you think form doesn't matter.

  • @viperdude281 Bitch please my form is way more relaxed than this girl and i didn't say anything about her form I just said you guys are bitching about her form but i bet she would still beat each and everyone of you LOL. "you obviously arent a runner"

  • @viperdude281 You obviously aren't a runner if you think "form" is really going to do shit. Fuck off and die.

  • @DERPHERPHERPHURR Form actually has a lot to do with running. Good form can lead to more efficient running and less injury.

  • @DERPHERPHERPHURR You are dumb, it's obvious to a 2 year old that leaning forward will make you go faster. Landing on your heals makes you lean backwards promoting declaration. Have a nice day.

  • @viperdude281 Bullshit. I've seen people go to boston who heel-strike. Leaning forward will make you go faster? Are you fucking kidding me? So by your logic we should all run in a 90 degree bent motion. Nice broscience asshole.

  • @DERPHERPHERPHURR Just think logically here for a second (if it is within your level of brain power to do so). When sprinters are running, are they leaning back? If you look at any elite distance runner they are leaning slightly forward and rarely land on their heals. Its simple bio mechanics, if you take of your shoes and run, what do you land on? Your forefoot.

  • @viperdude281 Are you serious? Sprinters aren't runners, and I've never seen elite distance runners even come close to doing that. How are you supposed to get maximum oxygen consumption when you're "leaning forward"? Stop being a douche and shut your mouth.

  • @DERPHERPHERPHURR /watch?v=5r3_sKkHnTU&playnext=1&list=PL4F68995F26A970D5 Every single one has a slight forward lean, and is landing on their mid-foot. If you want another response from me, then come forth with a rational/supported argument. Cause right now it is clear to everyone that you are talking out of your ass.

  • @viperdude281 Kid, you probably don't know anything about running beyond high school cross country. Yet you come bringing these bullshit videos which don't bring actually add anything to your argument. If you want to be taken seriously maybe you should say "I know because I have been running for X amount of ears and have an X marathon time", not "I know what I'm talking about because I watched this video which doesn't prove my point".

  • @viperdude281 also endurancesciencecom/blog/?p=99. Read the article so you can educate yourself and stop being a child.

  • @DERPHERPHERPHURR I give up. It is annoying to me how wrong you are and how much clear evidence that is on the internet that proves that landing on the mid-foot is more natural and fluid than the heel. But I don't think I'm going to be able to get anything through the thick skull of yours. Hope your running goes well, and have a nice day.

  • @viperdude281 Did you even read what I sent to you? So your head is so far up your ass even when I give you a counter argument all you can say is "LOL NO U STILL WRONG".

I nice effort kid. I'll give you 2/10. Maybe you should stop trolling. It's going as good for you as running is.

  • @DERPHERPHERPHURR /watch?v=82ghOr78FcU&feature=feedrec_grec_index If that doesn't convince you then nothing will

  • @viperdude281 I didn't even watch that. I know it's just the same shitty argument you've been saying and doesn't counter the article I gave you (you probably couldn't handle it, since it's not a youtube vid and above your reading level).

    Here: hastenministries(.)wordpress(.)com/2009/01/20/the-great-midfoot-heelstrike-debate/.

Just because some elite tells you to do something doesn't mean it's a law. There are many ways to run and the best way is the most comfortable.

  • @DERPHERPHERPHURR I think anyone would rather take advice from Ryan Hall then some nobody who runs a 20k in 1:42; who cant write a sentence without some grammar mistake and obviously has no scientific background. Seriously man there has been alot of scientific testing proving that not only is a midfoot strike natural, it is also energy efficient and causes less injury. And please enough with these childish insults you are throwing at me, I mean jesus christ i feel like Im in middle school again.

  • @viperdude281 listen kid I' don't care how much you ride ryan halls dick. You still haven't told me why I should believe YOU'RE even credible. Seriously your 18. What the hell do you know about running? At that ripe age you've probably never even TOUCHED a 20k yet you sit here and want to argue without having actual personal experience.

  • @viperdude281 I slightly heelstrike. I ran my first marathon in 2:50 with a heelstrike. If you can't post from personal experience I don't want to listen to your shit.

  • @DERPHERPHERPHURR Oh I see, this is all just one big defensive act because you are a heel striker. I understand now that this argument that you are having with me is not to prove to me that a heel strike is efficient, but to yourself. I think posting race times on youtube is pretty stupid seeing as how you can't prove them, but my chronological times for the half are 1:26 (heelstrike), 1:24, 1:21 which I did at the ages of 17 and 18 (I'm now 19). I haven't done a full one yet but plan on it.

  • @viperdude281 I was actually never to say it was "efficient". I'm just saying running midfoot doesn't actually prevent injury. There are plenty of people who get injured running midfoot and there are plenty of people who heelstrike and experience any injury at all. Yet you sit there and say there's this way to run that will magically prevent any sort of injury. Since you haven't really ran anything large you don't have any grounds to critique the way anybody runs.

  • The way she runs is artificial.

  • I hope it to LOL

  • wtf?!?! the way she runs just hurts my feet looking at her

  • thats rachel wood

  • lol i bet the cop was look at the chicks ass the whole time hahahah luckey dude

  • @vietboy24 The cop i can't tell'ya, but me...!!!

  • curioso

  • why?

  • opss i mean i wish she was my gf lol..

  • hahaha i she was my gf hehe :P

  • the HMI light projector. Very powerful!

  • heel striker!!!

  • She lands just barely on the heels, passes her weight over middle of the foot, and then jumps with her toes - just normal running

  • watch an olypmic runner. The majority of them land midfoot because heel striking raises risk of injury and is inefficient because of the braking force caused by the heel. google "heel striking vs midfoot striking" if you don't believe me.

If you are promoting a running sport from a big company like Nike you would think they would cast someone with better form.

  • cooool

  • shes from my town. wierd.

  • That cop has the best job, looking at her ass for a while

  • nice 15 pass following!
