I like the music and the voice, and the animation too isn't bad. But when the transformation was over, my only thought was 'Sailor Slut'. Terribly sorry, but the design of her 'clothes' gives me that expression.

I don't see how people are saying your character, from an anime where girls fight in MINISKIRTS (hot pants if you're a Sailor Starlight), slutty. @_@ It's not like the body suit thing hasn't been done before, like Lettuce on Tokyo Mew Mew, but no one calls her a slut.

Um...I don't want to sound mean, and I know you must have worked your butt off to make this. (even thought it's obviously traced.) You showed your originality in a weird way. With the outfit. It's a bit too slutty if you ask me. I can't see someone fight in that outfit and still maintain their dignity. I'll give you credit for trying though, just cover up your characters a bit more. They are Sailor Scouts....not Sailor Sluts....4/5
