i wish ps3 will put it on sale in playstationstore. that will be awesome if i could play the game again when i was 8 year's old. such good moments and memories.

@supersnow17 u cant no,u cant play ps2 games on it ethier,on ps3 online theres a online store to download stuff for games or movies and there loads of ps1 games on it but ninja shadow of darkness is not on it.maybe in time they will put it up,i dont know about the older ps3 models if you can put memory card into but the slim u cant.

@supersnow17 Yes you can. He either does not own a ps3, or hasent tried it. The new models of PS3 can only play ps1 and obviously ps3 discs, where the old model can play ps2 aswell. They stopped making the old models though because people complained about the price of the ps3, so they removed the ability to play ps2 games. Why they removed that in a VIDEO GAME console instead of the almost one thousand dollar blue ray player, I have no idea.

@Brandon5l9 That isn't why they removed PS2 compatibility. They removed it because PS2 is still being sold, even until today. It is still a member of Sony's market and if they allowed PS2 games to be played on the PS3 there would be no reason to have the PS2 anymore. They removed it so that they can still get more sales out of the Playstation 2.
