How many Powers does SoulStorm powers have? cause it looks like here that theres only 2 different powers? or only two different powers used in this video?
So your saying that the Controller class that Holds, immobilizes etc Is a useless class because it doesn't kill?
The Soul Storm ability holds the target in place, rendering him unable to move or attack - Its a great attack if your in a team and others can attack him.
phh bs it dosent kill. I use it on my Ice/kin in pvp. Not only does it hold and set up for my heals. But with aim and scourge it does really good DoT. I have gotten many kills with this power
you get to choose between being hero or villain then there's the classes you can pick from after that you pick which power sets you will get and you get 2 power sets lice ice power dark powers and as you lvl up you get more powers

Its a great hold and while its holding it decreases health then it drops them and deducts health most likely killing them

Soul Mastery is one of the patron powersets.
available to villains who complete Ghost Widow's Patron Arc.
Corruptors, Masterminds and Stalkers all get Soul Storm at level 44 (Masterminds get it as 47) hope that helps

Fanner, It's the Patron Power Pool power from Ghost Widow. You can get it at 47 if you do her arc, and u pick 2 other powers before it.
