I greatly agree, as I find her music compositions both amazing and inspirational. I do highly enjoy the Street Fighter II, Legend of Mana, Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story (it was the only game in the Mario & Luigi series that I've played), and Kingdom Hearts game soundtracks that she composed, and they can even provide me with emotions (like making me feel at great peace to a relaxing tune, and riled up to take on a challenge in an action-packed piece).

@OceanBlueKirby It's hard to say whether I like Shimomura more than Uematsu or not. Both are just fantastic. Shimomuras compositions are more dreamy and kind of "floating" (don't know how to describe it). Uematsus music is way more dramatic and tragic. If they were making an OST together it would be...mind blowing. ^^

Indeed, I have heard both of their works, and I do agree that they are both great in their style (though I think I like Shimomura's style just a little more due to the overall stronger impact her music has). @emostevo575 That is the purpus of this song. It was made to creat mood. It is Kairi's theme but in KH3 there should be this song at the end. When sora finally kills Xeanort (Kairi was there the hole time but goes missing), like in KH1, Kairi finally shows up, Sora is worried about her. He runs over, and she faints in his arms. Then the song starts. Sora is a sad kid now and he tells to summon Mickey and Yen Sid over to help with her but they cant do anything. Now that is sad.

Yeah, Sora has to always be the optimistic one. The only times he ever seems to lose that optimism, his friends are always there to help him. Like when Riku and Mickey show up to help them seal the door in the first game, or when in KHII he finds out that by killing Heartless he'd been helping the organization, Maleficent and Pete actually showed up to save him (Given out of her own benefit, but still).
