First go to bartender interface , there should be a key bind button click it, mouse over the spell and press the key u want to bind it to.

one q... everyone i see on youtube seems to have the lowest action bar in normal lenght, and it doesnt touch the right or left side of the screen, u can always normaly see the eagle, but in my screen, no meter the resolution, its always kinda cut off... is that becouse the screen is to small, or something else, couse my screen is not that small acualy :/
