I get it and its intresting. And nice. There is a few problems that this kind of atitude might lead to but generaly I suport it as a basic idea that customer support or similar do not have to waist time on people who abuse the staff.
Example: On the other hand it can creat a culture where staff gets very sensitive towards ANY sign of missbehave.
