@Kra7as salaam! I actually think Arabic sounds better than Hebrew, or at least better than modern Israeli Hebrew, but yes, Arabic and Hebrew are very similar. If you know Arabic it will be very easy to learn Hebrew, the grammar and many, many of the words are exactly the same or almost exactly alike.
