Great fun, very humanising. I hope you soon get out of Afghanistan & into a non-destructive, happier quality of life than over there. We need all you 200,000 personnel out of the Middle East, back doing jobs in industry, business, government, etc. I don't blame you for being there, I just agree with previous commenters - the war seems to be the West meanly commandeering oil and gas to run cars. At the US retreat at theend of the Vietnam war I remember the helicopters being dumped into the sea.

Oh and if you couldn't figure it out, Osama isn't the priority anymore. That is what we believed at the beginning, we thought that this was a "cut off the head of the snake and the body dies" scenario, when it wasn't. What we have been trying to do is to crush the will of the taliban and insurgent forces in the afghan region.

That would increase the price of transportation due to the fact that the truck drivers and drillers would be having to deal with numerous little pieces of lead flying at them. Oh and I could care less about your freedom, I'm going over there because I'm still on a mission to get blood for blood. For friends I've lost over there and the lives lost on September 11.

I can remember being in basic training in July 1987. The first night in the reception center barracks, someone started saying a beastie boy rap out loud and others joined in. Pretty soon guys from all over the country were performing beastie boy rap. It was common ground for all of us and no matter if you were southern or northern west coast east coast black or white "liscensed to ill" brought us all together.
