350 Degrees everyone. She didn't give a temp. to set the oven, but I found it. If you pause in 1080p HD Full Screen at 3:01 you can see she has the oven set to 350 degrees.
I have a couple questions. I tried this a couple of times with your recipe. I don't think I am doing something right. Maybe my interpretation of sticky is different? Please help. It seemed after kneading, that my dough seemed tough and flaky, not smooth. Does this mean that I still didn't knead long enough or too long? The second time I noticed when you put your dough in the bowl to rise, it sags, that is how I did it the second time. Some tips said that isn't kneading enough. Help!
I think I see why you are not using the KA mixer but instead kneading in the flour, you love the feel of the dough. I do as well, it's like therapy but I still let my trusty KA do all the hard work. Btw this is the second bread video with your mixer right there what do you use it for.?
Please change video to include measurements at the beginning.
