  • 350 Degrees everyone. She didn't give a temp. to set the oven, but I found it. If you pause in 1080p HD Full Screen at 3:01 you can see she has the oven set to 350 degrees.

  • I have a couple questions. I tried this a couple of times with your recipe. I don't think I am doing something right. Maybe my interpretation of sticky is different? Please help. It seemed after kneading, that my dough seemed tough and flaky, not smooth. Does this mean that I still didn't knead long enough or too long? The second time I noticed when you put your dough in the bowl to rise, it sags, that is how I did it the second time. Some tips said that isn't kneading enough. Help!

  • I think I see why you are not using the KA mixer but instead kneading in the flour, you love the feel of the dough. I do as well, it's like therapy but I still let my trusty KA do all the hard work. Btw this is the second bread video with your mixer right there what do you use it for.?
