No i do not know how it is. But my sister is over weight and me and my family help her to eat healthy and exercise, this is helping her lose weight in a healthier way.
The thing is I know we are all human and we cannot help that we have insecurities. I hate my nose for instance and have thought many times of getting a nose job when im older, but i swallow my insecurity and tell myself... I am beautiful the way i am. God has made me this way and im stickin to it.
