As big as a fan of your stuff I am, I must say this is my least favorite prank call. Sadly I only laughed once, which was at the Jeff Jarret needs a guitar line. This is why you don't call a guitar store/guitar repair store.
I think the call would've went a little easier for you if you had not mentioned Bichoff's first name.... You probably could have gotten a lot more conversation out of the guy if you had simply asked if he knew Bichoff, and/or knew of the book that Bichoff wrote.
Nevertheless, you command yourself well on the phone (like a true Swaggering Cuban).
