  • actually there is a whole species of singing dingo from new guinea, im assuming this is just an austrailian dingo.

  • DINGOS ARE ACTUALLY CLOSELY RELATED TO ASAIN WOLFS

  • You know dingos arent really dogs. Their a separate species like coyotes and wolves

  • But the question remains... has she eaten anyone's baby?

  • It's fucked up because it feels like the dog actually gets it

Like it knows singing is all about yelling out emotions

He just doesn't really have the ability to show it in a rhythmic way humans will 'get'.

MAYBE I'M FULL OF SHIT but it just seems like when dogs are vocal like that they're legitimately trying to speak, to say something to humans.

My dog softly growls and howls at me all the time, I do the same back. I know she doesn't want anything, she just acts like she wants my attention.

  • Wtf? Sounds like a whale dying. Not that i can sing any better though, just saying XD

  • I want a dingo.

  • @nitroiggy You're not supposed to keep wild animals!

  • What's the story of this dingo? Why are you keeping a wild animal?

  • @AlisonChaines I read on another video the dingo's parents were killed & they rescued him as a pup

  • @AlisonChaines It's not that uncommon for Australians to keep dingos as pets. From what I've seen they make great pets as long as you have the space and know what you're doing. They're not recommended as pets for most people though.

  • this song is so touching!

  • DOG (DOG) MUCH BETTER SINGER THAN SHE (HUMAN) CAN PLAY PIANO

  • Inspirational

  • better than Rabecca Black

  • if i could hear heartbeats of other animals, then would pianoplaying annoy me to.

  • @MisterMindcircus You really don't know much about canines, do you. Canines often howl or bay with music. If it's a sound they do not like then they simply leave or at least try to get away.

  • that's actually music to my ears. my amstaff is so quiet he doesn't even bark nor growl. the only fun thing he does is play with me and yet he still doesn't make any noise.

  • look, it's yoko ono!

  • Still better than justin bieber

  • Its Not Painful to their ears....

  • this dog is howling, because these high notes are painful in its ears !!

  • this dog sings better than justin beiber

  • @Auzzyboy13

I could bet that in videos like this I can read comparisons too Justin Bieber :D

  • Well they obviously can't play the piano, so the Dingo sings better than they can play !

  • Why Aussies keep shooting such a cute dog? very cruel people

  • @zhengjdc We don't do that anymore i have two of them as pets...am i cruel too?

  • @zhengjdc Because in populated areas they have attacked and killed people.

Dingos themselves aren't culled - wild dogs are though.

  • awwwwwwh! hehhehe xD sooo cutee!

  • One of the most amazing moments in my life was a chorus of dingoes on a warm summers night howling like there was no tomorrow. 3am, middle of nowhere, red desert and no humans for hundreds of miles. I had goosebumps. And the piano is not hurting its ears...they are reacting to the sound as a social thing, not from pain. Dingoes love to sing. Akita's love to sing and talk too.

  • The high pitch is hurting his ears, that's why he is "singing.." Please stop torturing that poor doggy..

  • justin bieber couldnt do this

  • I'm pretty sure this is what T-Pain sounds like without the autotune...

  • scarry

  • scarry;

  • "Pleeease stooooooooop! You have been been playing nonsense aaaalllll daaaaaaay! Oooooooooooh my eeeeeearrrrs! Pleeeeeeeeeease Goooooooodddddddd!"

  • New Guinea Singing Dogs eat yr hearts out! My DingoXRed Heeler won't bark like my 3 other bitzers, but howls (like Dinky) so majestically, when I go out, my neighbours like it & encourage him to sing by having a good old howl with him. I got great neighbours - almost as bent as me & Shiner my Ding dog. They have 3 dogs & 5 cats & encourage them to form a choir with Shiner whenever he sings. The little dogs all like a good howl, but it's beneath the dignity of my 2 eldest big girl dogs...

  • dingos are wild canines .in some places ur allowed to have them aspets

  • someone send this to ray william jhonson!!

  • SO cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Bet thalt annoys the neighbours

  • I have a female dingo she looks just like this but doesnt howl like that

  • ignorant fools!! the only reason dingos came to Australia is because the Aboriginal people have been taming them for thousands of years and brought them when they came along. Of course you can tame a dingo

  • yeah, I have to agree that this dingo looks completely different from a carolina dog

  • oh God...they could've found a better piano player...

  • Dingo: Stop it your hurting my ears with your god damn piano piano "skills". Bitch!

  • wtf kind of name is dinky?

  • A happy singing dingo :)

  • The dingo does not like to sing, the noise frustrates it. Any animal person would know that.

  • It's not a real "Dingo". That’s an American Dingo also call Carolina Dogs. I have one and she is the best dog in the world! But she doesn’t sing. They are not actually related to Australian Dingo’s at all but are great dogs. Very loving and loyal.

  • @Forza32009 actually it is an Australian Dingo. I have seen Dinky in real life, he was rescued from a litter of wild dingos that were being killed for attacking livestock. Despite Dinky being fairly domesticated from being hand reared, visitors are still prohibited from patting him because dingos make very bad pets, and are still wild even in captivity. I don't know why you think it isn't a dingo but I can assure you it is.

  • That is awesome. I feel proud of my name now.

  • I would shoot that thing if it came into my yard and howled like that.

  • cute as hell.

  • I can really feel its pain at 1:10

  • lol the dingo's like shitttt, i'll just drown out the crappy piano myself :)

  • this retard doesn't even know how to play piano, hitting the keys like a 3 year old kid

  • NAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW ^-^

  • Thats a real wonderful Dingo, I love his music. Dingos are really great.

  • I love how he just climbs up on the piano!!

  • my mum looks like a dingo hes so cute

  • umm yea he is not singing he is whining you are hurting the poor dogs sensitive ears

  • @cologist it's pack behavior smarty pants.

  • if you can tame a wild abo black u can tame a dog dingo

  • r u are a retard does that dingo not look tame to u fucking ball bag

  • @aftpuser - yes you can have them as a pet, different states of australia have different laws, but in NSW you dont need any special permits or anything so it is the same as owning a normal dog.

if you want to have one as a pet, you should always get them before they are 6 weeks old. its always much better for them if you can give them alot of space to explore because they are very intelligent and curious.

  • aftpuser--I have always heard it is very difficult to keep a Dingo as a pet, sort of like trying that with a Coyote or something. But I am certainly no authority. I guess Dinky shows it can be done!

  • OI M8 DAT DINGOS THE ONE WHO ATE MY BABY

  • Comment removed

  • I bet he'd sound great with an orchestra.

  • i've totally been there before! i wonder how many times that dude makes dinky do that a day?

  • I bet if you could get an English translation, it would read something like...

    STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP STOOOOOOOOP!!!

  • dinky is beautiful and sweet

but i don't think that this howling has anything to do with singing...

because when those people play such shrill sounds his ears ache and he cries out...

but this is my opinion and i don't want to offend you.

  • Dinky is a great - and silly - animal. For some reason, he reminds me of Kanye West.

  • Dinky is beautiful.

  • Dinky is..... MAGNÍFICO !!!!!! God bless for yours !

  • haha~~just came back from outback and saw Dinky a couple of days ago, so cute

  • Two dog breeds, Austrailian Kelpies and Austrailian Cattle Dogs, have a small splash of dingo blood in them. I own a red ACD named Marty and yes they are hyper, fun-loving, amazingly intelligent dogs. They also love to chase stuff, and they are excellent workout companions and guard dogs. I can't speak for a pure-blooded dingo, but I bet it would be like owning a Siberian Husky or other primitive dog breed. Prey drive, hyper, fun loving, etc. Nice dingo dog and excellent video. Austrailia rules!

  • bahahaha i saw him and it was the funniest thing i've ever seen. i love dinky!

  • i saw dinky the dingo about a week ago, he's pretty amazing

  • I'd still rather listen to that than Mariah Carey.

  • @sigreer83 how about instead of Justin bieber?

  • He hates the sound! thats what hes groanin or not??? :( Sad

  • Actually, Dinky was saved from a baiting program, and he sings completely voluntarily. He doesn't hate the sound, he's just responding to the sound of his pack. Many canines do so...

  • i feel soooo sorry for the dinky

  • You wonderful Australians, with the best accent around, pls tell me how many types of Dingo's are there. Friends here in Florida have a SPCA dog who we have always said must have a touch of dingo. Who knows. This dog has the stamina of 3 dogs. She will run (her choice) for as long as owner keeps her bike going. Is this a trait for them. High energy? Do you need a permit in Australia to own one? Very curious about this great misunderstood creature.

    dog.

  • There are three types of dingo in Australia - Alpine, Desert and Tropical. Alpines occur more in the Southern areas of Australia, and are shorter, fluffier and usually more lighter in colour than the other types. Desert and tropical dingoes are verey similar, but tropical dingoes (on Fraser island) usually have a more greyish coat and are skinnier (personal observation). It is DEFINATELY not reccomended to own a dingo (it is a wild wolf!), but it is possible in some states of Aus with a permit.

  • I own an american dingo. I love her. She is very smart.

  • nice

  • 酷

  • Love dingos! Check out the montage I made for mine :D It's featured on my channel. ^_^

  • AWW cutee

  • Oww it looks sad.

  • I wonder why he is singing, what is he singing, or perhaps he just got caught up in the moment and it's just enjoyable to him? :)

  • wat a cute Dingo!!!!! My labrador Retriver sung in my mom's car when he was only a Puppy!!!

  • he is really bad at playing the piano

  • i think it wants to die

  • lol hes in australia

  • you're the fucking stupid human!! it does recognize things besides petting..

  • you right !!

  • lol sounds like he got stabbed

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

  • stabbed like the black girl in scary movie

  • awsome but loud lol

  • pretty dog...his singing is so loud though. My brain is rattled afterward lol

  • It's like the wailing of damned souls...

  • im going to go see him tomorrow..in alice springs!!

  • I converted this video into an MP3 and it's now the only song I listen to on my Ipod. It's the greatest song since Beethoven's Ode to Joy.

  • Wow, what a strong voice. Wild dogs' voices are so different from other dogs.

  • Someone needs to be honest to that dingo and tell him he can't sing.

  • i'm sorry dinky, we did all we could, we just couldn't get you a music contract, except bmg, but we all know about bmg

  • someone also needs to tell that woman to tune her piano and get some lessons.

  • ha ha thats funny as!!! ive never seen anything quite like that before in my life... though i do have to admit thats pretty cool!!!!!!! ;-)

  • poor dog

  • I saw him once in coober peddy or North territory

  • all dingoes sing >_> just not with piano accompaniments haha

  • I caught his North American tour last year. Fabulous. This video doesn't do him justice (I'm pretty sure he's lip synching here). He works unaccompanied in concert, singing and playing the piano by running back and forth on the keys. Wild effect—close your eyes and you'd think he's the second coming of Jerry Lee.

  • Wow. You seem well-informed. Can you tell us more?

  • uhg! im i deaf?

  • i just watched this dog sing on roll the die on C4

  • well... he/she sings better than many other singers ;)

  • Should have played him some Barry Manilow.

  • dingos look like dogs...

  • It's actually been suggested that dingos might have been a breed of dog that went back to the wild.

  • Actually wrong Pinky Dingo's were brought as Pet's from asia the abborignils used to trade stuff with them like exchanging a canoe for an "Asiatic wolf"

  • Sounds like Hyacinth Bucket from Keeping Up Appearances

  • my dingo can sing... all i have to do is sing high pitched

  • dinky looks really great...but he cannot sing a lick. funny how he just jumped right onto the keyboard

  • ADORABLE!!

    Thanks for posting!!
