The compositing is well done. I would add a blur matted around you (so you're crisp) and shadow that matte so that overhead light in the hallway is dimmed.
Two technical issues with the CQB rifle. If you're left eye dominate, then you should shoulder on the left side. Next, recoil usually drives the muzzle up especially without a muzzle brake. Bu then who walks into a room (12x12?) and then sights for target acquisition? At that distance, shoot from the hip;-)
