Nope because this is 20 years before the Halo events happens. If your talking about the humans aka keys to activate the ships and rings, yeah. Its like where the only ones that could activate the dam thing. Halo Reach is where master chef is at and after the retreat from Reach, then that is where the first halo starts and at halo 3. No, she was a student under Dr. Catherine Halsey which she was apart of the SPARTAN II program. Cortana didn't come into the story till the year 2549??? I think thats right since she has a 7 year life span or depending how much data is put into her. The Halo trilogy cut her life short by 2 years. I hope Halo 4 (which is being made, not a rumor) has her in it along with the SPARTAN IIIs :)
