If you read history the GD was caused by tax cuts for the wealthy by calvin coolidge.unconditional Tax cuts for the wealthy does not force the wealthy to invest in america,they just hoard the money.

True, or worse they spend it on overseas assets and property like yachts and foreign homes. They also take advantage of foreign tax-free haves, but there aren't many left. Barbados and the Canary Islands used to be popular, among others, but a lot of that saved money profits foreign concerns and markets, just like the foreign corporate welfare tax of 2.3% established by the gop majority in 2002 ans 2003 which encouraged outsourcing high paying American jobs for cheap foreign labor.
