I have been a fan of Poison for 19 years and it is NOT because of Ritchie they are that big. That is actually the album that has sold the least of all albums they have made. Says alot about Ritchie, doesn't it?

you was talking about album sales, concerts and album sales are two very different thinks. So kotzen being in poison is not the factor for the lowest sales of "native tongue", the tendency on the buying market changed dramatically on the early 90, that was my point... and other thing festivals and one band concert are different things two...

I WAS THERE....and so many people were there also because of def leppard whitesnake gotthard ecc ecc...i love poison, they wrote amazing songs,but they are not in the same league of kotzen..he's absolutely one of the most talented musician ever..native tongue is a HUGE album...alot better recorded and played than anything poison did before and richie who was just 21 led them to become a better band

Then please enlighten me. How come Native Tongue is the worst selling album in all of Poison's history? It did well in UK, but nowhere else in Europe, and not in the states either.

Because the USA is the most commercial following bunch of music sheeple, very easily lead bunch of music listeners in the world.

Richie Kotzen has a bigger following everywhere else in the world, but not here... because he isn't on MTV/VH1/Top-40

American take what record companies shove out there and "Like It"... there is a small percentage who shut off the Top-40 and all the Pop-Crap and actually LISTEN to the music...
