I remeber when I was 4 years old I would go to the ranch with 10 of my cousins & always talk about the future, how we wanted to grow up so fast! Yeah we would always try to act all grown.. But now that that I realize that the cousin I used to play with the most when he was 10 is now 20 years old...It breaks my heart to know that we wont be able to go to the ranch & play like we used to..Oh how I miss those days :'(

i am 13 years old and i remember faintly when my parents were fighting before they got a divorce it feels like yesterday and i wish they would listen to me and work things out because i can't live like this i go to my moms house on an irregular time period sometimes i see her every weekend and sometimes i only see her once a month and sometimes longer than that i cry everytime i think of the times that were happy bacause ill never have one of them back.

i love this song. every time i hear it now i will think of my great grandpa, he died today, he was 97 and a half. he was in the hospital for about a week, then he was sent home last week because they couldnt do anything more for him. i went to see him yesterday with my mom, when we were in his room my mom was holding his hand, she said "i love you grandpa, i'm gonna miss you, tell grandma that i said hi and that i still love her and miss her" and i couldnt help but cry.
