I worked in this fab for almost 7 years, at the time I was there, we were the sole producers of AMD K5, K6, and the earliest of the K7 (Athlon branded) CPU's before processor production was moved over to Dresden, Germany. Now this fab just makes mostly flash memory and maybe a mix of minor CPG lines and is operated under the Spansion monicker.
As a PC engineer I have replaced or scrapped more AMD processors than anything else because they overheat and seems to burn out. I think AMD should look at putting in thermal cut offs into their products.
US FED Class 1 During certifications it actually passed as a subclass 1 that would be a ISO 2 class. Every 7 seconds the air of 2 football fields is filtered. The entire clean room is surrounded by a 10K corridor .
I really hate to ruin the deafening silence of this masterpiece with comment, all the same, try to view this as an artpiece. The absence of sound of any kind was pure genius. Many thanks.
The outdoor bit at the end also...perfectly placed and stinging of irony. Please make more.

I wonder what class cleanroom that is. Looks like about a class100 or ISO4?

Are you sure? Supposedly, Fab 25 was only 200mm wafers.
