Its not possible to make real ambigrams with fonts. You have to make individual letters for every word. Use this for inspiration. ;-)

I dont make the video. But I can give you a tip.

Write a word on paper, turn it 180° and write the word again just below. For example Computer. Than look how you can draw a letter who looks like a "c" from the normal view and like a "r" from the other side. Or start in the middle of the word with the "p".

Okay your idea is right, you could make ambigrams, but only with 2, 4, 6, 8... letters.

Do you know the ambigram with "Life / Death"?

That wouldnt work.

Yeah, you're right. You'd also need some letter combinations of two letters into 1, Y into Le, for example, works pretty well, but that font would get extremely big really fast. 676 characters just for one-to-one letters alone :- / . It would need to be done programmatically. Do you know how ambigram generators work? Can they really do it "stroke by stroke" like they claim?

I saw some generators on the internet. It seams that some draw stroke by stroke. The result looks nasty but you can use it for inspiration.

And I saw generators with double fonts like you said but they only work when the first and the secound word have the same number of letters.
