They are apparently only warming up, hitting 3m (10 footers) is really not that difficult if you have the clearance and technique.

I really miss my volleyball days. I am 1m90 and had nearly 1m clearance when I was 17, but because of some injuries (both knees and one shoulder) I had to seriously calm down.

Hitting a 10 footer during warming up was easy, but making it a 5 footer and having the ball bounce back up to the ceiling was VERY nice (especially to show off in front of the girls)

that's nto only tallness... i'm near 180 cm height and i can hit with the same easy way like them on 243 (im 17 years old). The one thing changes is that how ball flies after spike - i mean block.. :)
