A guillie suit would have been possible if it were not for the bulk. To fake this you would have to add a lot of bulk in just the right places and it would take hours of effort to get the proportions right. Not to mention the enhanced frame shows that the guillie suit would have to have been very short cropped and the nap just does not run right to be a guillie. The white patches look to me like leaf debris in the fur as they clearly cast shadow meaning they are on the surface not skin beneath
