@cfcup2004 In my opinion it's easier with photoshop, gimp as an alternative to photoshop. I have always used photoshop, and refining techniques as Photoshop allows more precise changes.
You can choose the output format. Colour Anaglyph will give a red/cyan image whereas you can also use RealD glasses if you have an appropriate display device, e.g. Zalman 3D monitor.
