I didn't think about it too much...I guess I was considering how we use sugar in foods nowadays...it has an addictive quality...Foods that do not require sugar are laced with sugar, spiked like punch at a fratboy party. Instead of eating a bag of twinkies, the emo is cutting out the middleman and getting right to the sugar. He's an efficient emo, I guess.
