Really brought back memories; La Costa in the late 70s. I was 20 years old and all I did was skate. I remember the Logan brothers, Henry Hester, Chris Yandall, Ty Page, all on this hill. The asphalt was perfect: smooth with a tooth, perfectly even, and the hill was endless. I took a few straight drops and avoided serious speedwobbles. Almost got sucked under the wheels of a car being pulled back to the top. Best years of my life.
