I have seen one similar concept before. It is a 50 knot speedboat that can submerge and operate at snorkel dept, it is built by North Korea. I have done paper drawings of catamaran submersibles decades ago but didn't think it was possible then to have a decent submerged dept, implying heavy structures, speed, implying large powerplant and fuel capacity, and the ability to get up on plane using catamaran/trimaran type hulls. I stand corrected lol. Excellent guys.
