I understand this guy has been growing since 1951, but he has a lot to learn about the cattleya alliance. There are VERY few cattleya that get 3 to 4 feet tall in cultivation. Most of them, even the standard types will fit quite nicely on a windowsill. This is such outdated information. Get yer facts straight old man!

so it's ok to grow the cattleya without problems? i started growing cattleya plants on my window sills and i was told it is impossible. any advice?
