Mine wasnt cracked... But most of the colors specially the matt ones arent pigmented at all so... Then again u get what u pay 4....!

did you ever get another palette? was the ratings on the seller high because if they have just 88 or just 99 % then the feedback is low and people are dissapointed.

@death4496 Hi. They sent me a replacement which I ended up selling to a friend of mine because the quality wasn't that great. Yeah their feedback was 98%.

I dont wanna burst your bubble but its very risky when buying on Ebay over hong kong. My brother bought from hong kong few times, and all were ba deals!

once even got jacked with 1500 dollars for a TV he never recieved.

Oh I believe you. I haven't ordered anything from HK since. I resolved the issue with them. They sent me a new one right away but I ended up selling it to a friend because the quality sucked lol. Wow!! $1,500.00?! Yeah I'm done with HK sellers!

Those eye shadows are VERY delicate.

They don't even come like that.

i got mine from the same seller on ebay and it was perfectly fine. it was probably just a botch in the ups or whatever. but i feel your pain. my sister dug up a few of my colors and i was super pissed.

Well I asked them to wrap the pallet in plenty of bubble wrap and use packing material when they shipped out the new one. The new one arrived fine. If yours arrives broken just ask for a refund and most likely they will wanna just send u a replacement :-)

I acctually ordered from the chick gallery which is the seller that u ordered urs from. I was shoked when i saw tgis vid because people where saying buy it from Beauties Factory because it doesn't come damaged and is really good. I'm waiting for mines and I hope it will be in excellent shape. cant wait lol!!!
