youtube should just add a premium feature for $10 a month where you can have 1,000 characters per post, 15 minute videos, no captcha for posting, autoplay, no ads, custom banner, etc.
basically a lot of the features partners get but you can buy them, solves youtube's economic.

There only not making money because the big media companies forced them to remove the ads from the site, if there was ads on every single page and every video page and in every video, youtube would be beyond profitable. But they did it to avoid law suits and the threat of being shut down napster style was a real one.
