As a recovering addict, I can relate to most everything he's sayin'.

Opiates are a seriously messed up drug to get into, yet doctors pass them out without much discression, at least the many, many doctors I have dealt with.

It's pretty much a one way ticket to misery, incarceration, death or a life-long methadone patient. Most long-term opiate addict's NEVER fully recover. This is due to many reason's, primarily, permant, brain chemistry alteration
