How to Burn an ISO with Toast

I have a .iso file that i just downloaded yesterday and it is suppose to be a game. Is it possible that you can explain to me what to do to make that iso file turn into the game and play. I am recently new to a mac and i have no idea how to do this please help :(

soo i just deleted and ISO from my DVD-RW and tried to burn another ISO on it again and it just says something like .. The drive reported an error:

Sense Key = ILLEGAL REQUEST

Sense Code = 0x24

INVALID FIELD IN CDB ??? please help me!
