I derailed temporarily because of personal issues but now I'm back with a vengeance to not only get back to where I was before, but to surpass it. Thanks for posting this.   • i did 405 at 190 all natrual no roids,so when i see this guy he is really strong,does he use anythang,who knows,but he also just doesnt do power lifting he builds muscel too,theres a diffrent with power lifters and body builders,i do both,and its very hard to balance the two.but pound for pound i workout out 24hour fitness in daly city colma ca.who ever wants to stop by and find out if im the real deal,on an reagler chest workout without a spoter i toy around with 345 an eazy 5 reps.

It comes down to this... If you have determination and you're 6' and between 18 and 36 you can probably train for 2 yrs and get this strength. Like anything its practice, practice and practice.

When I say that I've been stuck on 385 for the past 5 months, I mean I just can't go any higher than that period. The bright spot is that as of 2 weeks ago I can now do 385 for reps, (X3) but I still want to increase the weight. Any advice would be much appreciated.

  • observing this guys legs, I think all of his weight is in his upper body. He also has retardedly low body fat. This guy may be able to bench this much, but he would probably never be able to go 2 days without food. I honestly dont think its possible to have this much muscle without fat without steroids.
