An easy way to do this, is to disarm titania completely, and use her as a shield.

She is useful in the beginning but then lags a hell of a lot in the later game.

Disarming her will result in more EXP for other characters as well, and because of here insane dodging, she wont get hurt.

Especially if you're planning on using both Soren and Rhys but not Titania. =P

I found this chapter easier in hard mode

when i played defensive and made a "moving wall"

I also used one of the trees as a part of the wall too

If you get eather and are around lvl 16 you can beat him if eather kicks in. I`m never on lvl20 with Ike in that chapter yet, Ike gets a lot of exp with me in the tower chapter. Last level is quite easy if you lvled your troops up well, the end boss is easier then the black knight. Shove is pushing someone a square further to put him into or out of reach.

This is one of my favorite games of all time and a sequal is coming on wii yeah!!!!! ike better be in it. i don't see the point in this video but if it was one a harder level say endgame, and he did it in like 10 turns then mybe this would be a short match worth watching. just my humble opinion

Ike's been confirmed for Goddess of Dawn for a while now. =3 You get to use him in the Third "Story" basically, and he gets a force promotion to Third Tier some time in the final "story". He starts at something like a level 12 Hero... not sure. Gains axes on promotion, as well as Aether again.

shove allows you to push an enemy or ally one space away from your character, it can help move enemies away from your character or give your allies an extra movement space. The smite skill lets you shove two spaces

Can you really even kill the Black Knight? After about 5 turns in there, I have to leave the Black Knight to Nasir. It really sucks, I want to see how much Xp he gives:(

to kill the black night, Ike HAS to be at Lv. 40 (lv. 20 before upgrade, lv. 20 after upgrade), he needs to have his aether skill and he needs to use the sacred weapon, its pretty much the only way to kill him, even then you still rely on luck with ike's skill activating, to keep mist alive, it would help if she was upgraded she needs a physic too If you beat the black night, you get nasir instead of the other dragon girl (forgot her name) Nasir is a lot better

1. My Ike is Lv40 (your description), Euipped with Aether and Ragnell. Honestly, I just realized my mistake. For some reason, I attacked from a distance. That meant that Ike's Aether ability's disabled=\. And also, I believe Nasir, Ike, and the Noble you choose from the list (Naesala, Tibarn, Giffca) are the only ones who can injure Ashnard. It still sucks that Ike gets Ragnell on chapter 13 or something, and you can only use it on chapter 28 and Endgame.

Nope. Luna and Aether are close range only. I found that out the hard way against the Black Knight on my first run. Trust me, go to the Trial Map with the mountain, Hillside Battle I think, and solo it with a 20/20 Ike with maxed Speed, Skill and Strength, and damn near maxed defense. He'll be killing everything in one round up close or at range, but he'll only use Aether up close.

ashnard is a killer when he is in berserk mode. he has 80hp plus he kills the weaker people. even killing nasir, or elincia if you have her

This game is so cool, if you get Ike to level 18 you can leave him a lone and concentrate on weaker characters as long as you get him to level 20 before chapter 17 then you're good. I beat the game with, Ike, Titania, Oscar, Boyd, Makalov, Astrid, Brom Gatrie, Ilyana, Soren, Nasir, Nephenee, Kieran, Rolf and Tibarn in my party. I love this game!

Ashnard on hard mode goes from 60hp to 80hp. Then you get assistance from Tibarn/Giffca/Naesala

desertlove these guys appear to be nooBs. They're very slow when operating the menus and he selected the Regal Sword when fighting a solider. Smart people use weapons like that for bosses. He made Ike fight the solider first and then send in Gatrie to finish it. I would have finished with Soren and sent Gatrie to a different opponent.

well, i'm just saying Ahsnard was really hard, because not only does he revive himself and come back even stronger, he starts moving, which puts your healers (and other non-super units) in danger
