Its not just a bible, but there were plenty of books given before it by God which were corrupted and no more exists. If God protected his revelation we would be having his first revelation given to Adam(as). God gave free will to people to deal with his divine books. But when priests corrupted it, God sent prophets to correct it. Since Quran was revealed on last prophet,God protected it from corruption.

Why did Jesus call the Jews "lost sheep" if their Torah was not corrupted. All is in a devine plan. But do not blame Allah for the corrupting, for it is the work of Humans alone.
