I was raised by two mothers and I am very lucky to have the family I did. I was raised better than most kids. And the myth that kids of gay parents "turn" gay is completely untrue. Thanks for making this! :)

Many gay people I have spoken to say that being gay is a lifestyle choice and not a birth defect, if this is the case then gay couples should NOT be allowed to adopt childern because they lack the moral charcter to provide a good foundation for the choices the childern will make later in life, also same sex couples are more likley to molest childern than hetro couples and this is reason enough to block same sex couples from being able to adopt, Do the right thing and vote No to same sex adoption

It's not just about you not wanting your boyfriend to know you 'aren't ready' ... it's about a kid who would potentially be adopted by a couple, one half of which does not want a kid yet. Which would probably break up your relationship anyway. But you probably wouldn't even get to that point, because your unreadiness to adopt will come out in the adoption process, and your boyfriend will be angry at you for dragging him that far.

The reason I am glad that he is spouting his hate, is because it serves to further gay rights. I am also a young gay Canadian man, not fortunate enough to live in BC (You lucky SoB ;) heh) and where I live there is so much tolerance and few examples that perpetuate negative stereotypes that this man would just be mocked. I know many successful gay and lesbian people, a few with kids. On average gay men have more disposable income than straight men, likely due to not having children. Those with children, they paid for in vitro and surrogates…

Their children will learn tolerance, integrity, confidence, have a strong self-awareness and sense of self because as same sex parents.. Each parent more than likely had adverse personal challenges before learning and accepting who they are

I would question the mental health of the individual whom recorded and posted the video that sparked this response. Looking past his lack of articulation, speech impediment, bigoted and falsified “facts” (What are his actual sources??) and just general hatemongering and ignorance he seems to be in genuine distress. The glasses and subtle facial nuances make me question his mental soundness. His video really did not deserve a response, regardless I understand why you made one.
