It's sad when you need to search "PURE Parkour" to find videos of what Parkour defines in itself. Showing off while doing Parkour is like doing flashy shit in a fight. You're just gonna get knocked out.
Side Flip and Front Flip stay pure parkour, Front flip to diperse better the enery when you jump (see Blue front flip in the begining of the vid Parkour origins) from high and side flip could be use to jump over an obstacle (Like Phil Doyle over the car at the end of the same video I talked about)
well i love this video,much more than others i have watched from you..the truth is im more of parkour than flips and maybe thats why i like so much this video.your flow was really nice at some spots, and nice planches. I think you should put more parkour in your videos than flips, just like in this video,it was great :DD

@parkourguy123 I made the decision not to use music this time for a change so u could hear all the sounds u hear wen u r out training -coz unless u train with ur ipod on, this is what it sounds like to be out :)
I am willing to over look you using your knees at 0:10 because you have improved on a lot of your movement, flow and I am so happy to see you tackiling rail precisions!
Keep up the fine training and keep off the knees.
@TraceurZeno lol ur wish is my command...i have NEVER used knees in my time training b4, but that ledge i found a bitch gettin onto!!! it was all a first time training that run, just wanted it shoot quickly n got outta there coz cops r around by those roofs! if i train there again il endevour to master it minus knees! hope ur well

@kirsty2008uk I know what you mean about tricky ledges and external influences.
I think you should try in getting a foot up on the ledge or learn to pivot your hips up and over the ledge.
Just my humble opinion and not a smart ass remark.
