You need a REALTOR working for you so you are only looking at homes in your price range that meet your specifications! It's not up to the sellers or the lender or the neighbors to keep the box filled.

I don't use the boxes 'cause the neighborhood kids make paper planes out of the flyers. Either that or it rains and they get ruined. If it's my listing, call me or have your agent call me!

Darin, Great Song! If you are looking for a home in Maryland all you have to do is text the word "OMG" to 59559 in front of any listing and you get price, beds/baths, photos and more. Your smart phone uses GPS to tell our server where you are so you get all the info on the 5 houses closest to your current location. This is why your LO should be giving you a text call capture sign rider. People can text to view 20+ photo's, price, and home details. And they walk areound with your (agents) name and phone in their phone...and you can call them back to see if they want to schedule an apointment...or find out if they have an agent representing them.
