Indeed. And one of the ways to reduce risk is to not touch your nose, mouth, eyes, face, etc. You touched your face several times in the last minute of the video. Fine if you've just washed properly or used hand sanitizer. But it can be difficult to break the habit of touching yourself... there... all the time.

Basically it started off as an allergic reaction to something in the and eventually I was feverish, coughing and puking phlegm. This was worsened by an allergic reaction to two anti-biotic medications.
The problem is that it was likely the first strain and not the second so I might need to get vaccinated. argh!
Honestly, if people practice better personal hygiene (hand washing, proper coughing technique) and eat healthier, there will be less of a chance that they'll get sick, etc., etc.
