yea this is the only solution to these freaking stoves in america!
In Napoli we have the best way to cook the pizza...but here I had to use that stone to have a pizza ready in 1-2 minutes.

It allows the starter to become more sour creating a more distinctive taste for your crust.

Willard, can you stop the rotation while adding the pie or anytime you like?

Jamie, yes you can stop it for a couple seconds
and it will restart automatically. It can also be disconnected easily if there is no power and you want to rotate it manually.
