September 4, 2011 will be one year since the JCIB class of 2011 lost a classmate and dear friend. Yesterday my friend died after falling off a ladder and going brain dead. It was the day before he would graduate from high school. He was such an inspiration to everybody and we will miss him so much. But I know that even though I can only imagine what it's like in heaven, I know he is there and looking down on us. I remember back then when I was 12. I could sob to any Christian song, even at a small pentecostal church with just a guitar. And then there was this fear of man and I was afraid that my friends would call me a loser. After a while, I would just stand there and put my hands in my pocket during worship. @nevermoregg I know how you feel, there. I finally broke out of it last Sunday, and I'm just a few months shy of 18. But none of my friends go to my church, few of them even go. I pray for them every night/morning to find the joy that I have found in the Lord. It's really sad. But before last Sunday, I had never felt so touched by Him. This song makes me cry every time. My friends brother passed away in a car accident on Friday June, 24th at 2:30am in Rochester, MN. They played this song at his funeral and I cried the whole way through. He was on my cheerleading team at one time. He lived in my town. He was an amazing friend to many people. He will be greatly missed. His smile lighted up the whole room. He looked to Jesus for his problems. Words cant describe him.

I am 16 one of the most popular kids in my school. I go to church every sunday and I talk to all my friends about how I love god and they 100% accept me. DON'T be afraid of what your friends will think because if they don't accept you then they wearnt your friend in the first place. Also if your afraid to confess your love for god then whats to stop him from loving you ?

This song brings so many memories to me. My mother loved this song , I use to sing this song everydayy now when i try to i cry . I love Jesus for every move he makes. & Even tho i miss my mother i know that God made the right chocie to take her , away from pain & into peace. Now my mother watches from above seeing me grow up & Jesus is right next to her thanking her for taking me in & caring for me into becoming a lovely lady that i am today. Yesterday my friend died after falling off a ladder and going brain dead. It was the day before he would graduate from high school. He was such an inspiration to everybody and we will miss him so much. But I know that even though I can only imagine what it's like in heaven, I know he is there and looking down on us. Miss him so much<3

My fiancé father was never really in his life but he forgave him well June 1st he passed we drove from California to Texas to be there at the hospital we prayed that he would no longer suffer from any pain or addiction he went one hour later Friday we had the funeral and we played this song it was so beautiful and peaceful. I am not a huge Christian or anything but when I hear this song it always makes me happy. R.I.P Dion you are loved by many and missed by all

My daughter Melissa was given 1 hr to live at Columbia Presbyterian Hosp Bx NY. Both her lungs were destroyed her lungs couldn't stop bleeding.Dr said that not even a lung transplant would save her.I remember how in the supernatural God used Moses to part the red sea.So I prayed God in the supernatural power you gave Moses I ask u to close my daughter's lungs like u did to the red sea.. Drs call it miraculous.I say b/c I dared to believe I received.Drs said that this story should be told.

I just got back from youth group, and we were talking about how the world was supposed to end on Saturday. I mean no one knows for sure, but as long as you have faith and you trust in the Lord with all of your heart and soul, then you have no worries. This song always makes me think of what Heaven will be like and what I will do when I get there. This song is beautiful, and it is completely true. I remember when I was little, we used to go to Church every Sunday and for every holiday & then we stopped out of no where. I miss going to Church very much but my friend invited me to group. Group is like Church except it's all kids around your age and there are no parents or Priest & we just learn about God 'cause there are two group leaders that teach us. I'm very happy I got into it & talk about God again. He is my Savior. (: <3

@thexbandos I lost my dog a couple of years ago and I'm still sad about it, but I picture him in a field filled with daisys running and playing and when it's my turn to go to heaven. My dog is going to be there waiting for me in that same field of daisys so we can play like we used too.

My dad passed away yesterday at 5:45 last night...he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer 15 months ago. Im only 12 and my brother is 9. It's really hard not having a dad...This song reminds me a lot of my dad and my dad loved this song...I miss everything about him now :( I love you daddy! God took you because your the best... :(

I remember back then when I was 12. I could sob to any Christian song, even at a small pentecostal church with just a guitar. And then there was this fear of man and I was afraid that my friends would call me a loser. After a while, I would just stand there and put my hands in my pocket during worship. I'm now 15 and though I do enjoy worship time, I could never be like when I was 12. Every worship felt so sweet and like home. Cherish the days u worship god w/ all ur heart guys

@nevermoregg I know how you feel, there. I finally broke out of it last Sunday, and I'm just a few months shy of 18. But none of my friends go to my church, few of them even go. I pray for them every night/morning to find the joy that I have found in the Lord. It's really sad. But before last Sunday, I had never felt so touched by Him. I felt like he was right there beside me, and I couldn't help but have tears escape my eyes, or to throw my hands up in the air. It was truly an amazing feeling..
